Step 1 Download the theme and save it to an easy to find location
Step 2 Extract the contents of the theme (use WinRAR or 7zip or something like that)
Step 3 Copy the .ptf file you extracted, and paste it into your "X:PSPTHEME" folder (X is what your psp drive is)
Step 4 Disconnect your psp, go to "Settings > Theme Settings > Theme" and look for your theme
