Rallade: you have to download a program called winrar, when you do you can open rar files and inside rar files are there are the ptf files that you can just drag and drop into your psp theme folder

derslyon: you don't have to convert it. you have to click the RAR file, when it opens, inside of it, you can see the PTF file, just extract it to your desktop. And copy it and paste it.
